Job summary

Learning Care in Texas is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote the growth of preschool children and lead curriculum implementation in line with licensing guidelines.

You will build genuine relationships with families, support the center’s success, and participate in ongoing training and programs that empower staff and elevate care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children and stay active.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and adhere to licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
