Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners and manage engaging classroom activities. You will mentor other teachers and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons in a supportive, family-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and understand licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the child and center’s success.
