Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and mentor preschoolers, guiding engaging, hands-on learning experiences that ignite curiosity, creativity, and joy in the classroom every day.

You will lead classroom routines, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, ensure compliance with licensing and center standards, assess children's growth, and build genuine relationships with families while supporting a collaborative, positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
