Job summary

Learning Care in Michigan is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.

You will take the lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing compliance, while building sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Capacity to engage children indoors or outdoors with active learning.
