Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Avon, Indiana, to guide preschool learning and model best practices for a caring, energetic classroom. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow Teachers, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children and families.

You’ll lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing compliance, while building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success and lifelong learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a preschool classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
