Credit Union 1 in Alaska is seeking a Lead Teacher for Little 1's Learning Center at Abbott Headquarters. You will lead a high-quality classroom, implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, and supervise staff to support children's learning and well-being.

Ideal candidates are 18+, English proficient, with early childhood credentials or SEED eligibility, CPR/First Aid, and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and speak English sufficiently to communicate effectively and complete required documentation.
• Meet Alaska Child Care Licensing requirements, including background checks and health requirements.
• Maintain Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
• Successfully complete onboarding, orientation, and mandatory training.

Responsabilités

• Lead a safe, organized classroom and daily routines.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Monitor health, safety, and licensing compliance in the classroom.
• Complete documentation including attendance, observations, and portfolios.
• Support onboarding and professional growth of staff.
