The Learning Experience in Lake Worth, TX is seeking a Lead Teacher to serve as an educational ambassador, guiding younger learners and supporting families. You’ll plan and execute activities, mentor fellow staff, and uphold safety and developmental standards across Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.

You’ll collaborate with center leadership to drive enrollment and engagement while delivering our proprietary LEAP Curriculum and nurturing a joyful, learning-rich environment for children.

Qualificações

• Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Extended experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Classroom Leadership: Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating space for children.
• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
• Family Communication: Regular updates to parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Center Collaboration: Work with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship Builder: Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning through play.
