Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to join our nationwide network of early childhood programs. You will lead and mentor classroom staff, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children grow and explore.

We value strong parent partnerships, enrollment goals, and high-quality care. Required CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy, plus relevant ECE education experience and safety training. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Eligible for or holding a CDA credential; NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that fits each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
