Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience in licensed childcare or preschool.
• Has completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and staff.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a love of learning through engaging teaching methods.
• Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
