Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare/preschool.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum and instruction with age-appropriate plans.
• Foster a loving, engaging learning environment.
• Observe and assess child development; adjust activities.
• Maintain safe, inclusive classroom and daily routines.
