CWBS is seeking a Lead Teacher - Curriculum to drive curriculum development and pedagogy within the IB PYP framework. The role collaborates with the senior leadership team, PYP Coordinator and teaching colleagues in upper primary years.

It is a full-time two-year contract with a teaching and learning responsibility allowance (TLR3). Candidates should have a Bachelor in Education (or PGCE), 5+ years of teaching, and a strong commitment to inclusive, high-quality pedagogy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor Degree in Education or Bachelor Degree with PGCE.
• 5+ years teaching experience within a recognized educational organisation.
• Prior leadership/coaching experience within a team (desirable).
• Knowledge/experience with the IBO Primary Years Programme (desirable).
• Commitment to inclusive practices and high quality pedagogy.

Clearwater Bay School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated **Lead Teacher - Curriculum** commencing from August 2027. This position is a class-based teaching role offered as a full time two-year contract, renewable by mutual consent. It includes a Teaching and Learning Responsibility allowance (TLR3). We are currently seeking educators interested in teaching within our upper primary year groups. While initial placements may focus on these grade levels, our school values professional development and teachers transition between different year groups to broaden their experience and expertise. **Main Accountabilities** **Leadership of Teaching and Learning:**The role of the Lead Teacher - Curriculum is to lead the development of curriculum and pedagogy in collaboration with the senior leaders, PYP coordinator, other middle leaders, and teaching team colleagues.
