Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool learners and support families in Akron, OH. You will develop engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure classroom compliance with licensing standards.

Qualifications

Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
Must meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
Care for preschool children, promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth.
Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
