Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is actively seeking a passionate Teacher to join our nationwide network of early childhood programs. You will lead, coach, and mentor teammates, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow, play, and learn while partnering with families to support each child's development.

In this role you will help drive center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, build strong relationships with families and staff, and

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education Experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center success; partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
