Job summary

The Goddard School is hiring lead teachers in New Jersey to coordinate daily classroom operations and deliver engaging educational activities for children from six weeks to six years old. You will plan and present activities, ensure safety, and collaborate with parents to provide excellent customer service.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience, possess required state training, and be CPR/First Aid certified; CDA or ECE degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.
• Meets background check eligibility.
• CPR and First Aid Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers coordinate daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment.
• Work directly with children and parents to provide quality customer service.
