Learning Care is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a nurturing classroom. You will support preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth while upholding licensing guidelines and center standards.

We value strong family communication, reliable teamwork, and a positive, active approach to both indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
