Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate activities and mentor fellow teachers in our daycare centers. You will foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, manage daily classroom routines, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families and reflect our commitment to a positive, supportive work environment where staff development and recognition are

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support center success.
