KIPP Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Teacher (Coverage) at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School in Lynn, MA. You will lead and collaborate with teachers to deliver consistent instruction and cover classes as needed.

You will oversee up to 60 students in secondary grades, maintain communication with families, and support school-wide systems. MTEL/SEI endorsements encouraged within year one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of full-time teaching experience.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
