Jersey Robots LLC is seeking a dynamic Lead Teacher & Classroom Team Lead to inspire students and guide the instructional team. You will lead daily classroom instruction, mentor assistants, and foster a safe, inclusive, high-performing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Education requirements as stated: Associate/Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or related field; HS diploma acceptable.
• 2+ years teaching or instructional assistant experience with leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of child development, classroom management, and learning strategies.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards in schools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High energy, collaborative spirit, and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, age-appropriate instruction for individuals and small groups.
• Mentor teaching assistants and support staff; coordinate staff schedules.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom culture with effective behavior management.
• Track student progress and attendance; liaise with parents and administration.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine classroom procedures and curriculum delivery.
