The Learning Experience in New Mexico is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide early education programs and set a strong academic foundation for young learners. You will lead classrooms, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and collaborate with families to support children’s growth.

As an Educational Leader, you will mentor peers, ensure safety, and partner with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals while fostering a joyful, inclusive learning environment.

Qualificações

• State-specific guidelines compliance required.
• High School Diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet state and federal immunizations and safety training requirements.
• Experience leading classrooms in childcare.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space where children can play, learn, and grow.
• Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Prioritize a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Regularly update families on progress and milestones, using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning and play.
