Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Child Development Master Teacher Permit, Site Supervisor permit or higher.
• Must meet all education and experience requirements established by the permit matrix.
• Must maintain all required permits, certifications, and training.
• Must complete CPR/First Aid certification and Mandated Reporter training.
• Must satisfy background clearance, health screening, immunization requirements.
• Three semester units of Infant/Toddler coursework when required for assignment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, lesson plans, learning centers, activities, and daily schedules.
• Establish inclusive, culturally responsive classroom environment.
• Individualize learning experiences based on children's developmental levels, interests, abilities, observations, and assessment results.
• Ensure instructional materials and classroom activities are prepared and implemented consistently.
