Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom, craft engaging lessons, and mentor fellow teachers while ensuring compliance with licensing and center standards.

You will foster strong relationships with families, create a safe, stimulating environment, and participate in ongoing training and the Master Teacher Program to grow professionally.

• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
