As a Lead Teacher, you will:

1. Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
2. Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to each child's needs.
3. Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
4. Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
5. Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
6. Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.

Required Skills and Experience include:

• Outstanding customer service, organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• Preferred: Approved state trainer, 2-3 years early childhood experience, Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education.
• Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, and meet state-specific qualifications.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds, work indoors/outdoors, and engage physically with children.
• Proficiency in English for communication with children and parents.

Pay Range: $12.50 - $32.00 Hourly.
