Job summary

Otter Learning in West Chester, Ohio is seeking Early Childhood Teachers for Toddler and Preschool classrooms. The role focuses on a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that grows children across cognitive, physical, emotional and social domains.

You will plan activities, support kindergarten readiness, and assist with daily routines while maintaining ongoing parent communication and assisting senior staff.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a licensed early childhood, daycare, or childcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities supporting children's development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten through our early childhood education curriculum.
• Support daily childcare routines including feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain open communication with parents through our Classroom Management system.

Location: West Chester, Ohio | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Pay: $16/hour

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

• 18+ years of age (per Ohio requirements)
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in a licensed early childhood, daycare, or childcare setting.
