Job summary

Learning Care is seeking devoted teachers to join a caring community that supports children and their families. You will design engaging, interactive lessons and mentor fellow teachers, while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

The role emphasizes safety, growth, and collaboration in a warm, structured environment. Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on professional development and school-year benefits.

Qualifications

• Must meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation range of $16.56–$17.20 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options.
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full‑time employees; limited medical offered for part‑time workers.
