Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Washington, DC, to nurture and guide preschoolers through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. You will mentor fellow teachers while implementing curriculum and maintaining licensing standards.

The position emphasizes relationship-building with families, a focus on safety and growth, and a Monday-Friday work week with immediate access to benefits and health coverage.

  • The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay $20.77- $34.14 hourly, Bi‑weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
  • Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time‑off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full‑time employees.
  • Limited medical offered for part‑time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
  • Monday-Friday work week
