Job summary

Birch Tree Academy on the Seattle Eastside is seeking an enthusiastic, patient Lead Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education. You will lead classroom learning, collaborate with assistants, and create a safe, engaging environment that supports children’s growth and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of childcare experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Washington State licensing requirements for education and experience.
• CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to nurture and care for young children in a safe, engaging environment.
