Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Perry Hall, MD. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and support preschool children’s growth in a caring, structured environment.

Responsibilities include leading classroom management, implementing the curriculum, and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. You will build strong relationships with families to promote student achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.

• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.36 - $18.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
