Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Silver Spring, MD to inspire and guide preschool learners. You will lead classrooms, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure compliance with licensing and center standards.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.42-$21.22 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
