Role: Lead Teacher
Pay: $16 - $18 per hour - commensurate with child care experience and credentials.
Hours: Full-Time 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing and safe care for infants in a daycare setting, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning atmosphere for all children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare or daycare setting
• Strong background in early childhood education and classroom management
• Knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
• Certification in first aid and CPR preferred
• Ability to work effectively with children with special needs or disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents
