Job summary

Learning Care Group in Norman, OK invites a passionate Lead Teacher to guide preschool learning and mentor staff. You will develop engaging lessons, oversee classroom management, and ensure alignment with state childcare guidelines. This role centers on supporting children and families every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center’s success.
