Job summary

Learning Care Group in Arlington, VA seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschoolers while modeling best practices for a caring, educational environment. You will design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure classroom-wide adherence to licensing standards and center policies.

You bring prior classroom leadership, a passion for child development, and the ability to collaborate with families to support each child's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
