Job summary

Learning Care Group in New York is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our caring team at a childcare center. You will create engaging, educational experiences and mentor fellow teachers while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for preschool children.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build strong relationships with families. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits and pay based on experience.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $21.41-$22.24 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
