As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop engaging, fun learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.

• Lead! Manage your classroom, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build genuine relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

Who We’re Looking For:

Energetic, dependable, passionate individuals aged 18 or older who have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state and center education requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay varies based on position, education, and experience, with bi-weekly and daily pay options:

• Assistant Teacher: $17.25 - $18.75/hour
• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $18.50 - $20.50/hour

Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees, limited medical for part-time, education assistance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts. Work week is Monday through Friday.
