As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
• Care! Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Lead! Manage classroom activities, curriculum, licensing guidelines, and company standards.
• Communicate! Build relationships with families to support children's achievement and center success.

We seek energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state and center requirements.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation and Benefits:

Based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.

• Assistant Teacher: $18 - $19.50/hour

• Teacher/Lead Teacher: $19.25 - $21/hour

Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical for part-time. Education assistance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts are available. Work week is Monday to Friday.
