Job summary

CP Preparatory School is seeking an educator to create a safe, engaging classroom where children grow, learn, and build confidence daily through curriculum implementation and strong family partnerships.

You’ll lead activities, supervise with positive guidance, and collaborate with your team to deliver a high-quality early learning experience. The role emphasizes ongoing professional development and a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of state licensing requirements and classroom compliance expectations.
  • Must meet state requirements including background checks and ongoing professional development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
