Job summary

Learning Care Group in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a preschool classroom and mentor fellow teachers in creating engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons.

You will manage daily activities, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
