Job summary

The Children\'s Courtyard in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and uphold high standards of classroom excellence. This role emphasizes nurturing children, modeling positive behavior, and aligning with licensed guidelines.

You will manage daily activities, implement the curriculum, and build strong relationships with families to support each child\'s growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
