Learning Care Group in Holmdel Township, NJ is hiring a Lead Teacher to create interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. This role promotes the development of preschool children while ensuring classroom management and curriculum standards are met.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Desired Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $19.87-$20.65 based on education and experience. Bi‑weekly and daily pay options.

Health insurance, medical, dental, vision, and FSA provided for full‑time employees. Limited medical available for part‑time workers.
