Job summary

Learning Care invites you to join a strong team focused on caring for children and families. As a Lead Teacher you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor peers, and ensure a safe, nurturing classroom.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to licensing guidelines, and building relationships with families. The schedule is Monday–Friday with full-time benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $19.67-20.44 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience or any other compensation offered.
