Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool children and mentor fellow teachers. You’ll create engaging lessons, promote growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build meaningful relationships with families, communicate progress, and contribute to a positive, caring center environment that supports your center’s success

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
