Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Fort Worth, TX. You will create engaging, age-appropriate lessons while mentoring fellow teachers and ensuring a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities include managing curriculum, following licensing guidelines, and building strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and learning. This role emphasizes safety, activity, and teamwork in a nurturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the child’s achievement and the center’s success.
