Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead a preschool classroom, create engaging learning experiences, and mentor other teachers to promote child development and a positive center culture.

You will manage classroom routines, implement curricula, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed, while building trusted relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and developing educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and support their social, physical, and intellectual growth.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
