Job summary

Learning Care Group in Rochester, NY is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom activities and mentor fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences for preschool children.

You will manage the classroom, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth and center success. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule and competitive benefits.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $20.37-$21.16 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification available to all employees
