Job summary

Acquire4Hire in Brookline, NH is seeking an Associate Teacher to join our educational team. You will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and help manage daily classroom activities.

This role offers hands-on experience in early childhood education, with opportunities to observe student progress, prepare instructional materials, and provide small-group support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 credits in Child Growth and Development and 1000+ hours in a structured environment with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass state background checks.
• Available to work until 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in implementing curriculum and preparing instructional materials.
• Provide individual and small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch periods.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• OR - Valid New Hampshire Paraeducator certification.
