Limitless Pediatric Solutions is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a nurturing classroom for young children. You will support development, plan daily activities, and collaborate with therapists and staff in an in-person setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in childcare center, preschool, daycare, or classroom setting with children under five preferred.
• No prior teaching experience required; training and support will be provided.
• Must have a passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for creating a positive classroom environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and engaged. The teacher will assist with daily classroom activities, implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

• Minimum of 15 hours of professional development annually as required by DSS.
• Additional training opportunities provided throughout the program year.

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time positions available.
• Monday through Friday.
• In-person position.
