Job summary

Learning Care Group in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support families. As a Lead Teacher, you will create fun learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage the classroom, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation range of $19.87-20.65 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
• Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (plus company match), life and disability insurance and childcare discount available to all employees
• Monday-Friday work week
