Job summary

TREE OF LIFE FAMILY SERVICES LLC is seeking a Lead TDT Counselor to manage the Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT) program in schools. The role involves supervising counselors, ensuring compliance with documentation, and providing guidance for effective service delivery.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and experience with children. This position offers a full-time hybrid schedule, with compensation ranging between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on credentials.

Qualifications

• Must meet QMHP status per Virginia regulations.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school settings.
• Experience in the mental health field required.
• Knowledge of TDT services and Medicaid documentation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support TDT counselors in the school setting.
• Conduct regular check-ins with counselors for operations support.
• Monitor due dates and support timely completion of documentation.
• Conduct assessments and ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding and training of new counselors.
