Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Therapeutic Day Treatment Therapist to deliver services to children and adolescents in a structured day program. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, coordinating with schools and community services to support treatment plans.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, documentation, and collaboration with treatment teams, while ensuring compliance with licensing and Medicaid standards. Licensure eligibility in MS is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Two years’ experience working with children is preferred.
• Must be eligible for professional licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in MS or MS DMH certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children and adolescents in a structured day treatment setting.
• Offer individual, group, and family therapy.
• Coordinate with schools and community services to support treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, Medicaid, COA standards, and organizational policies.
