You will own projects from planning to completion, manage budgets, and mentor staff while upholding professional standards and utilizing technology to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• CPA, Bar, or other credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Leading tax planning and compliance initiatives for high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses.
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of tax-related projects.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to navigate complex tax regulations and optimize client tax positions.
• Developing and reviewing tax documents, confirming accuracy and compliance with current legislation.
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for tax optimization.
• Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
