The role involves guiding tax calculations, provisions, and estate/trust workpapers, leading multi-case workstreams, and coaching teams through changing priorities and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires partnership tax preparation and review experience.
• Ability to translate tax legislation into filing and planning actions.
• Experience coaching teams and communicating findings to clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and internal teams on partnership tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
• Review partnership tax returns, supporting schedules, and related tax documentation for accuracy.
• Translate complex tax concepts into actionable filing and planning steps.
• Lead tax calculations, capital gains, income tax provisions, and trust/estate workpapers.
• Coordinate tax compliance support and issue resolution across multiple cases.
• Coach team members on tax preparation, communication, and digital tools.
